  • Hiring actions, application status updates, saved candidates, and saved jobs

d) Payment Information

  • UPI transaction reference number submitted for subscription activation
  • Payment screenshot uploaded for manual admin verification
  • Subscription history, payment status, and admin review logs

e) Technical and Usage Information

  • IP address, browser type, and device information
  • Pages visited, features used, and time spent on the platform
  • Session cookies, error logs, and activity audit trails

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

  • To create, manage, and secure your Connect Job account
  • To display your worker or employer profile to relevant users on the platform
  • To facilitate job postings, job applications, and hiring communications
  • To process and verify subscription payments through manual UPI review
  • To send transactional emails including registration confirmation, application updates, hiring notifications, and subscription alerts
  • To provide customer support and respond to your queries, reports, or complaints
