How Employers Hire Candidates

Follow these steps to create an employer account, activate your subscription, post job requirements, and hire restaurant and hospitality workers.

Your complete employer journey

Each step explains what to do next, from creating your company profile to reviewing applications and marking candidates as hired.

1

Register as an employer

Open the registration page and choose the employer option. Add your name, email, phone number, company name, and password accurately.

  • Select employer, not worker/candidate.
  • Use a business email if available.
  • Complete the CAPTCHA if it is displayed.
Next: log in and open your employer dashboard.
2

Log in and complete company details

After login, open your employer profile and add your company details. Workers trust job posts more when the employer profile is complete.

  • Add company name, location, contact details, and description.
  • Keep your profile professional and easy to understand.
  • Review your public company profile after saving.
Next: purchase or renew the subscription if posting is locked.
3

Purchase a subscription

Employer features such as job posting, hiring, and candidate access require an active subscription. Submit your UPI payment proof from the Payments page.

  • Use only the official UPI details shown inside the site.
  • Enter the exact transaction reference.
  • Wait for admin approval before posting jobs if access is locked.
Next: create a clear job post with exact requirements.
4

Post jobs according to your requirement

Use Submit Job from the employer dashboard. Add job title, location, wage range, working time, required skills, and a practical job description.

  • Choose the correct skills so matching workers can find the job.
  • Use clear wage and working-time details.
  • Publish the job only when the information is ready.
Next: review applications and browse worker profiles.
5

Review candidates and applications

Workers can apply to your job posts. You can also browse workers directly, review skills and experience, and save promising candidates.

  • Compare skills, experience, wage expectations, and location.
  • Use saved candidates to shortlist profiles.
  • Update application status from your employer dashboard.
Next: contact suitable candidates and finalize hiring details.
6

Hire candidates responsibly

When you decide to hire a worker, mark the candidate as hired from the platform. Confirm role, wage, joining date, and verification directly with the worker.

  • Verify identity, experience, and suitability before hiring.
  • Keep communication professional and transparent.
  • Report fake profiles or suspicious behavior through Contact Us.
Next: keep job posts and subscription status updated.
