Connect Job (connectjob.in) is an online restaurant and hospitality staffing marketplace in India. We connect workers — such as chefs, cooks, waitstaff, housekeeping, and other hospitality professionals — with employers including restaurants, hotels, cafes, cloud kitchens, and catering businesses.
No. Connect Job is strictly an online communication and listing platform. We do not directly hire workers, guarantee job placement, or act as a recruitment agency. All hiring decisions are made independently between workers and employers.
Anyone aged 18 or above working in or hiring for the restaurant and hospitality industry in India can join. Workers create skill-based profiles and apply for jobs. Employers create company profiles and post job vacancies.
New users receive a default subscription period after registration, which allows access to key platform features. Extended access requires a subscription renewal via UPI payment, which is reviewed and activated by our admin team.
If you encounter fake job listings, scams, harassment, abusive content, or any suspicious activity, please report it immediately through our Contact Us page at connectjob.in/contact. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly.
Connect Job is built specifically for the restaurant and hospitality sector, including restaurants, hotels, cafes, cloud kitchens, catering services, bakeries, food courts, resorts, and related hospitality businesses.
Register on connectjob.in, select "Worker" as your user type, and complete your profile with your name, skills, work experience, expected wage, availability, location, and a profile photo. A complete profile improves your visibility to employers.
You can select from our pre-approved skill list covering all common restaurant and hospitality roles — such as cooking, food preparation, serving, bartending, housekeeping, cashiering, and more. You may also request a custom skill that admin can review and approve.
Browse jobs on the Jobs page, find a listing that matches your skills and location, and click Apply. You can add a cover letter and confirm your expected wage. Your application will be sent directly to the employer for review.
Yes. You can save any job listing from the job details page. Saved jobs are accessible from your candidate dashboard under the Saved Jobs section.
No. Connect Job does not guarantee any job placement, interview call, or employment offer. The platform connects you with potential employers; all hiring decisions are made solely by the employer.
Employers can view your profile directly, save your profile, and update the status of your application. You will receive a notification when an employer updates your application status or marks you as hired.
Report it immediately through our Contact Us page. We have a strict code of conduct and will investigate all reports. Do not share sensitive personal or financial information with employers outside the platform.
Register as an employer, complete your company profile, and navigate to Post a Job from your employer dashboard. Fill in the job title, description, location, wage range, required skills, and working time. Published job posts are visible to all workers on the platform.
Yes. You can browse the Workers page and filter by skills, location, experience, and availability. You can save candidate profiles or directly initiate contact through the platform.
You can mark a worker as Hired from your applications page or by visiting their profile. This updates the application status and notifies the worker. All further arrangements such as contracts, wages, and start dates are handled directly between you and the worker.
Yes. Connect Job displays information provided by workers on their profiles, but we do not verify every claim. Employers are fully responsible for independently verifying a candidate's qualifications, identity, work eligibility, and suitability before hiring.
Connect Job is not responsible for a worker's conduct, performance, or behaviour after hiring. Any disputes arising from an offline employment relationship must be resolved directly between the employer and worker. You may report serious misconduct to us through the Contact Us page.
Yes. You can edit or delete any of your job posts from your employer dashboard at any time. Once deleted, a job post is removed from public view.
Workers and employers need an active subscription to access key features such as applying for jobs, posting jobs, and viewing contact information. Subscriptions are time-based (measured in days) and are managed by our admin team.
Go to the Payments section from your dashboard, fill in the UPI payment amount, make the transfer to our UPI ID, and submit your transaction reference number and a screenshot of the payment. Our admin will review and activate your subscription.
Subscription activation may take 24 to 48 business hours after you submit a valid payment reference and screenshot. Ensure all payment details are correct to avoid delays. Connect Job is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect submissions.
No. All payments made to Connect Job are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes unused subscription days, payments made in error, or accounts suspended due to policy violations. Please review subscription details carefully before making a payment.
Our UPI payment details are displayed on the Payments page within your dashboard. Please do not make payments to any other UPI ID or person claiming to represent Connect Job.

Connect Job only accepts payments through the official Payments page inside your dashboard. We will never ask for payment via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. Do not make payments to any external party claiming to be from Connect Job.
Log in to your dashboard and go to Profile Settings. You can update your personal information, skills, photo, contact details, and other profile fields at any time.
Go to your dashboard and navigate to Password Settings. Enter your current password and set a new password. For forgotten passwords, use the Forgot Password option on the login page.
Change your password immediately from your account settings. Contact our support team at support@connectjob.in to report the issue. We will review your account activity and assist with securing your account.
Yes. Accounts can be suspended or permanently banned for violating our Terms and Conditions, posting prohibited content, engaging in fraud or abuse, or misusing the platform. Suspended accounts are not entitled to refunds.
Use the Contact Us page to report the specific job post with details. Our moderation team will review and remove any fraudulent listings. We act on all verified reports.
Yes. Contact our support team at support@connectjob.in to request account deletion. Please note that certain records may be retained as required by law.

Ensure your profile or job post status is set to Active or Published in your settings. If your subscription has expired, some features may be hidden. Contact support if the issue continues.
Your payment submission is received and pending admin review. Subscription activation takes 24–48 business hours. If you do not see activation after 48 hours, contact support with your payment reference.
