How Workers Find Jobs

Follow these steps to create your worker account, activate your subscription, build a strong profile, and apply for restaurant and hospitality jobs.

Your complete worker journey

Each step shows what to do, why it matters, and what you should do next so you can move from registration to job applications without confusion.

1

Register as a worker

Open the registration page and choose the worker/candidate option. Use your correct name, phone number, email address, password, and location details.

  • Use an email address you can access.
  • Select worker/candidate, not employer.
  • Complete the CAPTCHA if it is displayed.
Next: log in with the email and password you created.
2

Log in and open your dashboard

After registration, log in and open your candidate dashboard. This is where you manage your profile, job alerts, saved jobs, and account settings.

  • Use the Login button in the header.
  • If you forget your password, use the forgot-password option.
  • Check your dashboard notifications regularly.
Next: complete your worker profile before applying.
3

Complete your profile

Add your work experience, skills, location, expected wage, and bio. Employers use these details to understand whether you match their job requirement.

  • Add relevant restaurant and hospitality skills.
  • Keep your contact and location details accurate.
  • Write a short bio explaining your experience.
Next: purchase or renew your subscription if access is locked.
4

Purchase a subscription

Some features need an active subscription. Open Payments from your dashboard, make the UPI payment, and submit the payment reference and screenshot.

  • Pay only using the official payment details shown on the site.
  • Enter the correct UPI transaction reference.
  • Wait for admin approval after submission.
Next: once approved, browse jobs and start applying.
5

Search and apply for jobs

Use the Jobs page or Job Alert section to find matching openings. Review the job title, skills, wage, location, and employer details before applying.

  • Filter jobs by skill or location when needed.
  • Apply only to roles that match your experience.
  • Save useful jobs if you want to review them later.
Next: track updates from your dashboard and notifications.
6

Respond to employer updates

Employers may review your profile, update application status, or mark you as hired. Keep checking your dashboard and respond quickly to genuine opportunities.

  • Keep your profile updated as your experience changes.
  • Be careful with personal or financial information.
  • Report suspicious activity through Contact Us.
Next: keep applying and maintain an active subscription.
